As an integral part of our team, you will work behind the scenes to implement top-notch customer service practices throughout our stores!

This role offers you the chance to gain valuable leadership experience. You will be responsible for overseeing customer experiences and making certain that our Hospitality and Total Customer Focus standards are consistently met across various operational areas including inventory, preparation, promotion, service, and sales. You'll also step up to manage daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
2. Play a key role in staffing decisions.
3. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
4. Ensure staff compliance with Sheetz policies and procedures.
5. Review feedback from customer service shops, quality audits, and surveys.
6. Maintain customer satisfaction by overseeing quick transactions, cleanliness of facilities, and hospitality standards.
7. Oversee end-of-day tasks to ensure they are completed.
8. Manage inventory presentation, pricing, and restocking of merchandise.
9. Take charge of profit management processes including shrink reports, vendor interactions, and waste management.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A two-year degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing.

Experience:

• Preferred: At least one year of supervisory experience in fast food, retail, or convenience operations.

Licenses/Certifications:

• ServeSafe certification required.
• Any other legally required certification.
