Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team, focusing on Plaintiff Wage & Hour Class Actions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in wage and hour disputes, ensuring their rights are protected and upheld in court.



Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to wage and hour class actions
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and court hearings
• Develop case strategies and represent clients in litigation proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case management and strategies
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process
• Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends in wage and hour litigation
• Assist in the discovery process and gather necessary evidence for cases

Qualifications

• Jurisdictional license to practice law and in good standing
• Experience in civil litigation, specifically in wage and hour cases
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and motions
• Strong understanding of class action litigation processes
• Experience in depositions and court appearances
