Recruiting/Customer Service Representative - Automotive Dealership
Phoenix, Arizona
APN Staffing and Employment Solutions is looking to hire a recruiting/human resources coordinator to source and recruit for the automotive team. At APN, we specialize in working with clients in the automotive and healthcare space to find them the right talent for their team on both a local and national level. We have been an established recruiting firm here in the Valley for 30 years now, and are looking for the right talent to carry us another 30 years!

About the Position

• Work with the recruiting team to identify and prioritize candidate searches.
• Utilize job boards, social media, ATS database and more to find qualified candidates.
• Maintain call volume of 40-50 calls per day.
• Set interview appointments and phone call appointments.
• Assist in the onboarding process for contract/temporary assignments.
• Automotive dealership experience is required.
