Change Management Consultant
Location: REMOTE

Required:

• 10 years of Change Management experience
• Consulting and Account Management background working internally in operations.
• COO background would be ideal working with Sr Partners
• The Change Management Program Manager supports the Senior Director of a key firmwide growth initiative. They will drive program activities for business processes, technology, and people-related changes. This key role will focus on increasing employee and organization adoption to ensure program business objectives are achieved while minimizing organization impacts and disruptions.
• The program manager will manage cross-organization engagement and collaboration across all business functions and at all levels of the organization with an emphasis on the people side of change.
• Partnering with a program sponsor and program lead, the program manager is responsible for managing adoption, tracking issues, risks, and ensuring key activities are completed. Communicating program actions, information, and status is another critical responsibility of the program manager.
• The role is highly visible, requiring extensive executive interaction as well as advanced organization, management, and communication skills given the varied nature of the programs and stakeholders involved.
• Facilitating discussions to identify, analyze, and resolve issues and drive required actions and deliverables is critical to being successful in this role.
