As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our campaigns—engaging with the public, communicating key messages, and driving support for important initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with community members, donors, and supporters at live outreach events
  

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy clients by clearly communicating campaign messages with empathy, passion, and professionalism
  

• Build strong, positive relationships that inspire continued engagement and donor support
  

• Collaborate with team members to maximize outreach effectiveness and campaign visibility

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
