Position Details:

• Earn $1700 per week

• Enjoy a 4-day work schedule, typically from Monday to Thursday, requiring 2 overnights.

• Dispatch between 4 AM - 8 AM.

Position Purpose:

As a dedicated backhaul driver, you play a crucial role in the food supply chain, ensuring customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. You are not only responsible for timely deliveries but also act as the face of our company, fostering lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Driving to assigned supplier/vendor and warehouse locations following a predetermined route and delivery schedule.

• Delivering assigned loads back to warehouse locations for proper inventory reception and ensuring timely pickups.

• Conducting thorough load and paperwork inspections, including product counts and quality checks.

• Accurately completing all required paperwork associated with backhaul operations.

• Regularly checking in with supervisors to confirm routing and addressing any issues that may arise.

• Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent


1+ years of commercial driving experience


Valid CDL-A


Must be 21 years of age or older


Meet all state licensing and certification requirements (if applicable)


Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years


Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check


Successfully complete a road test


Hold or be able to secure a valid current DOT Health Card


Ability to hand-lift and use equipment to move product cases/freight ranging from 10 to 90 pounds; tasks may vary based on location.
