We are looking for a seasoned Director of Corporate Communications professional interested in starting a career with a top-ranked and growing snack company, and to be part of our Marketing team. This position will report to our Director of Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). This opportunity requires an experienced communications strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces new and stimulating challenges, and can position PIM Brands as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have the vision to build and execute a comprehensive communications strategy, acting as a senior thinker who can engage directly with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messages for both internal and external audiences. This role will focus on shaping our brand and will help develop organizational processes, guide marketing decisions, and establish a strong, consistent brand narrative. Key Responsibilities: Own the strategic direction and execution of a strategy to shape PIMs corporate reputation, internally and externally, alongside PIMs executive leadership team. Develop and implement comprehensive owned channel and content strategies aligned with PIMs overall organizational and corporate reputation goals. Across a fully connected internal and external digital ecosystem including corporate social media channels, company-wide intranet site and public digital websites. Partner with key leaders across the company (Public Affairs, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR) to shape proactive, compelling corporate-level storytelling and related content, aligned to strategic initiatives. Develop and execute Executive and Leadership visibility strategy to position PIM brands as a leader in industry, generating always-on trade coverage and industry opportunities. Spearhead corporate partnerships to better connect our brands, products, and employees to our local communities, consumers, and trade partners. Build and execute a contemporary CSR strategy to elevate PIMs corporate reputation. This includes development of framework, identification of relevant partnerships and programs, and opportunities for employee engagement. Drive communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the brands within our portfolio. This includes oversight of all brand-centric press releases to ensure corporate positioning red thread. Look for creative opportunities to utilize new media for strategic positioning of PIM and our brands. Think creatively to design and execute effective communications to keep employees informed and engaged through creative, omni-channel storytelling. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10 plus years of experience in corporate communications strategy and execution, proven success managing high-profile internal and change communications projects. CPG industry experience preferred. Proven successful track record managing both messaging and brand reputation, with the ability to establish innovative strategies and effectively execute to achieve optimal outcomes Strong leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using consumer insights and analytics to shape marketing strategies. Worksite The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey The role requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely on a rotating Friday schedule. Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend We are proud to offer The pay range for this position is $154K to $192K. PIM Brands takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
