Job Title: Field Marketers
PRIMARY DUTIES
Working closely with a team that meets daily and is given the latest training & technology to be able to scout residential neighborhoods, where we are working, for prospective new customers.
The Marketing Representative will introduce prospective customers to Rhino-Back Roofing and work with them to schedule free estimates for roofing, storm restoration, and other remodeling work.The Marketing Rep does NOT do the estimate but only schedules it for a later date with one of our expert estimators. No construction experience needed.
COMPENSATION:
W-2 Base Salary position, PLUS expected performance-based commissions and bonuses. AND car allowance or company vehicle
AVERAGE income target with bonus $60,000-$75,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate qualified leads of homeowners looking to replace their roof
Generate qualified leads of homes damage by storms and in need of insurance restoration work
Serve as a consultant and provide useful knowledge
Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge
Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ ears of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be self-driven & highly motivated
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
Must have reliable transportation
Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Applicants must be 18 years old or older
Bilingual abilities are a plus
