What You'll do

You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, evolution, and success of the EPIC platform and d esign s ystems across Technology and stakeholders . You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets user needs, aligns with organizational goals, and delivers a seamless experience

• Partner with developers, designers, and business leaders to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize enhancements to the platform.


• Champion the use of the d esign s ystem to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency in application development across the firm.


• Establish metrics to track adoption, usage, and satisfaction, and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive improvements.


• Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and presentations to educate users and promote the platform’s capabilities.

What's required 

• Proven experience in product management, platform adoption, or similar roles


• Strong understanding of design systems, user experience principles, and application development workflows.  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.  

• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure success.  

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.  

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver impactful results.  

• Passion for driving innovation and fostering collaboration across teams.
