Job Level :Entry Level (less than 2 years) United is a leader in the repossession and remarketing industry.Our success has been built on providing exceptional service to ourclients, many of whom are some of the largest lenders in the UnitedStates. By utilizing the latest technology and investing in thedevelopment of our people, United has experienced continued growthsince our inception in 1973. We currently operate out of over 40branches across the nation and are looking to expand our footprintinto more locations soon. Due to our company’s growth, we are now hiring full-time FieldInvestigators. In the Field Investigator position, you will drive alate-model, company-issued car in designated areas and locatevehicles that are subject to repossession. You will directlyinteract with our recovery agents and customers, however you willNOT physically repossess the vehicle. Each car is equipped within-cab computers so that you always have direct access to your team.Each vehicle is also equipped with camera technology. This processhelps you locate vehicles that are subject for repossession by ourrecovery agents; they handle the actual repossession, not you! Youwill also be issued a company-provided fuel card, so allwork-related expenses are paid by UR2. This position pays a basehourly rate of $15-$16/hour plus bonuses. Evening or overnightavailability is preferred. United offers thorough training for our newly hired FieldInvestigators at our corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN (travel,meals, and accommodation are covered by United). During thetraining, you will meet with internal operations that will serve asyour support while in the field. You will experience hands ontraining in a classroom environment and in the field. In theclassroom, you will get a better understanding of this position andthe tools you will use to succeed. In the field, you will run routesand make contact - seeing first hand the role of a Field Investigator. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growingwith us and becoming a Uniteder. What you need: Be 23 years of age or older with a clean driving record tobe approved by our insurance carrier. Be able to pass pre-employment processing: background checkand urinalysis drug test.
