Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to work directly
with Franchise Owners and Clubs to oversee their success. The FBC will assist with
improving revenue and decreasing expenses at the clubs they are assigned. This is a
unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and make a significant impact on t
growth of pickleball.
Responsibilities:
● Enhanced Member Experience:
○ The FBC prioritizes member engagement by collaborating with
franchisees on new programming, events, and services that foster
community, increase member retention, and elevate the overall club
experience.
● Data-Driven Insights:
○ By leveraging data analytics and club performance metrics, the FBC
identifies trends and proactively implements best practices across t
franchise network, turning insights into actionable strategies for growth.
● Crisis Management and Support:
○ The FBC acts as a rapid-response team member during unexpected
challenges, such as operational disruptions or compliance issues,
ensuring that franchisees receive timely and effective assistance.
● Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
○ The FBC gathers feedback from franchisees and members to provide HQ
with valuable insights that drive the development of new initiatives,
programs, and operational enhancements.
● Building Strong Relationships:
○ The FBC role goes beyond operational support, it's about building lasting,
trust-based relationships with franchisees, making them feel valued,
heard, and empowered in their business journey.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related fie
● Experience with understanding basic business functioning
● Ability to learn software programs quickly
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze a given situation
● Ability to understand and implement policies and procedures
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
priorities simultaneously
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualification
*This position requires extensive travel. You will be based in your assigned region with
travel to your assigned locations.
