We are seeking a Head of Robotic Research: a handson technical leader who will drive the next generation of embodied intelligence.

You will lead and grow a worldclass research team while directly contributing to breakthroughs in perception, reasoning, and control that enable longhorizon, multistep action in dynamic environments.

This is a rare opportunity to shape both the scientific direction and applied impact of a robotics program operating at global scale.

Areas of Expertise

Candidates should demonstrate deep technical ability in at least four of the following:

• Simulation & Digital Twin Environments
• Advanced Reasoning and Planning
• LongHorizon Task Execution
• Experience bridging simulation to realworld transfer, developing scalable learning systems, or applying frontier AI to embodied agents will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Robotics Research division, recruiting and mentoring top researchers and engineers.
• Define and execute research strategy at the intersection of AI and robotics.
• Contribute handson to highimpact research projects, from concept through to deployment.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and product teams to translate research into productionready intelligence.
• Represent the companys vision in academic, technical, and industry forums.
