Job Description
HR Business Partner
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: 1st shift
Pay rate: $85k-$93k
Duties:
Partner with business leaders to support employee relations, engagement, and HR strategy.
Guide managers through performance management, coaching, and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and succession management.
Manage relationships with temp agencies, including timesheet submissions.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment law.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and coach leaders across all levels of the organization.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a growth-focused environment.
