  • Build and manage a personal sales pipeline
  • Prospect through referrals, networking, and outbound activity
  • Educate clients on coverage options to support long-term retention
  • Consistent follow-up before and after the sale
  • Grow and maintain a personal book of business
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

 

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience (commissioned or quota-based preferred)
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to obtain a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license
