What You'll Do as a Lead Insulation Installer Operate & maintain spray foam insulation equipment. Supervise & work alongside a team of installers to complete projects. Ensure the correct mixture, application thickness, and coverage are per specifications. Conduct daily safety checks and enforce OSHA and company safety procedures. Follow project work orders with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments. Travel to job sites within a 1-2 hour radius. Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Our Ideal Lead Insulation Installer Experienced: 1+ years in framing, construction, or a related trade, with previous leadership experience preferred, but will consider entry-level candidates eager to learn. Teachable & Energetic: Approaches work with maturity, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to learn new skills through on-the-job training. Organized Communicator: Demonstrates clear communication and solid organizational abilities with clients and team members. Detailed: Follows directions accurately and ensures high-quality, consistent results. Active: Works safely in PPE, handles up to 50 pounds, and is comfortable in tight or elevated spaces.
