While the primary focus will be on general liability matters, this role also offers the chance to gain experience in specialized areas, such as maritime law. Job Details

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of general liability cases independently, from initial pleadings through resolution.
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and other court-related proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Provide timely case updates and practical recommendations to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and contribute to firm-wide practice development initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey (active and in good standing).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on general liability.
• Strong advocacy skills, including motion practice, oral argument, and deposition experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client confidence.
