• C-Shift : Experience hands-on work from 3:30-11:30pm for $20.76/hour , with Sunday and Monday reserved for rest.
• A-Shift : Dive into late-night productivity from 11:00pm-7:00am at $21.26/hour , enjoying Saturdays and Sundays off.

Note: Enjoy Friday and Saturday off during your training period!

Your Mission

As a Plastic Processing Technician, you'll be the linchpin in the production line, adeptly operating and adjusting extrusion and thermoforming machines. Your job is not just running machines but optimizing their use to achieve excellence in quality and efficiency.

Daily Challenges

• Operate machinery safely and at peak efficiency.
• Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Participate in solution-driven production discussions.
• Guide and educate less seasoned staff.
• Complete shift documentation with diligence.
• Inspect products for defects and recalibrate as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
• Combine your mechanical skills with effective communication.
