Position Overview:
We are seeking a Window Washer and a Pressure Washing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 years of experience in window cleaning and pressure washing (window cleaning is a requirement, and we can provide training in pressure washing) . This position you will work with a team leader daily and assist in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform professional window cleaning and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
✅ Utilize industry-leading tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service , addressing client inquiries and concerns.
✅ Follow safety protocols , including proper ladder usage and equipment handling.
✅ Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment.
✅ Contribute to sales efforts and help grow the business. This involved putting out door hangers on neighboring homes and occasionally knocking on doors to drum up business. (Bonus Structure Available)
