The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, accepting payment at time of service, answering telephones and scheduling appointments and data entry of patient demographics.
High School Diploma required. Medical office training or CMA certification preferred. Basic knowledge of third party reimbursement and medical terminology desired. Strong oral and written communication skills and a pleasant demeanor. Ability to organize and coordinate assignments independently. Minimum of 2 years Experience in a physician's office and in patient registration required.
