Technical Product Manager

What you will be doing:

• Define and communicate the product vision and "living" roadmap 
• Own AI Behavior as Product 
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and enhancements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and industry trends.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Who you are:

• Extensive product management experience
• Technically proficient
• AI Product background - Prompt Wizard (use Claude or ChatGPT 50-100 times daily)
• Vibe Coded Prototyping - Wiring LLMS to impact the UX 
• AI/ML Infrastructure - building systems that focus on prompt engineering and evaluation pipelines
• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field
• Cross-Functional - work closely with engineering, design, and leadership
• Open to Hybrid - 4 days in office - we are a small, fast-growing startup so in-office collaboration is key!
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in the health, wellness, or mental health space

Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
