Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for recruiting for field level security roles; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; and follows up on leads.

Education/Experience: Associates Degree or 2 years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
