We’re looking for a creative, talented up and coming Video Producer & Editor to join our global story team. You’ll bring strong technical skills and a passion for storytelling to film, edit, and produce compelling videos that move people to action. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow in both production and post-production and help shape powerful visual stories that advance justice around the world.You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and story teams to deliver content that’s emotionally resonant, beautifully crafted, and aligned with IJM’s mission.Adjust lighting, tone, and contrast for enhanced viewing experience. * Maintain positive and productive communication with cross-functional teams.* Work alongside the Creative Team's Senior Video Producer to support video needs across IJM.Qualifications: Education & Experience Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience Experience working within nonprofit, documentary, or cause-driven storytelling preferred Technical Competencies Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Working knowledge of After Effects or other animation software is a plus Experience with color grading tools (e.g., Lumetri, DaVinci Resolve a plus) Familiarity with media management systems like DAML, and cloud backup tools like Backblaze Non-Technical Competencies Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities for the position.
