💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Home Loan Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in keeping loan operations smooth and customer experiences seamless. You’ll:

• 🧾 Handle  data entry and document validation with speed and accuracy
• 🏡 Initiate  third-party orders like title, appraisal, flood certs, and credit reports
• 📑 Review and verify  loan documents to ensure everything’s in order
• 📞 Respond to  routine calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and care
• 📋 Monitor  work queues and jump in to keep things moving
• 🔄 Take on  additional tasks that support business goals and your growth
• 🌱 Embody a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

🧠 What You Bring to the Table:

• A  Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (new grads welcome!)
• 1–3 years of experience in mortgage operations or financial services preferred
• Solid  Microsoft Office skills and comfort with digital tools
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Familiarity with  Federal, State, and Local regulations is a plus
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
